Registered Nurse

About the role

We employ passionate individuals who help write the next chapter of our residents’ lives. The Registered Nurse (RN) provides thoughtful care based on each resident’s personalized Plan of Care, monitors and tracks changes in residents' conditions and needs, and proactively updates appropriate contacts regarding the residents' plan of care, health changes, and concerns.

Requirements

• Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
• Familiarity with medical software and equipment
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Current RN license
