- $48.00 - $61.00 per hour
- $1,500.00 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time Nurses
- Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors; the listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants

Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled, in-home nursing care to assigned patients
- Develop and follow individualized care plans
- Accurately document patient care, observations, and updates
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain compliance with DOL, CMS, and state regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state of WA
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle
- Home health experience preferred but not required
- Must pass pre-employment screenings
