Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

  • Assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care for an assigned patient population.
  • Documentation of nursing care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures, New Hampshire state regulations, and professional standards.
  • Performing in accordance with the American Nurses Association and Association of Rehabilitation Nurses standards of clinical practice.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Licensed and registered as a professional nurse in the State of New Hampshire.
  • Certified biennially in BLS Healthcare Provider Level CPR.

Qualifications

Knowledge of patient and family centered care, dignity and respect, information sharing, participation, collaboration, and evidence-based practice.

Skills

Effective communication skills, critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
