Responsibilities
- Plans, directs, evaluates and documents all aspects of patient care, in accordance with regulatory requirements, established policy and hospital values and philosophy.
- Affectsively assesses the needs of patients and initiates, implements and evaluates individualized plans of care.
- Participates in all phases of education, maintenance of records, and skills of personnel.
- Maintains satisfactory relations with other departments and nursing units.
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate accredited school of nursing.
- Registered Nurse by the State of Indiana.
- At least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in psychiatric care, mental or behavioral health, or addiction recovery. Med/surg, ER, ICU, and LTAC experience is great, too!
