About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in a skilled nursing facility.
Responsibilities
- Perform resident assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments, including wound and IV care.
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and ensure accurate documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
- Promote resident safety, dignity, and well-being.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
Requirements
- Current RN licensure.
- Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills.
- Experience with medication administration and wound management.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Commitment to resident-centered care and safety.
