Registered Nurse

Responsibilities Include Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to provide personalized patient care.Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.Providing care across all phases of health maintenance, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.Coordinating care, conducting patient assessments, education, triage, and executing various nursing interventions.Practicing within the scope of nursing standards, adhering to state licensing laws, and following professional ethical guidelines. Qualifications Include Graduation from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.Current, unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure if applicable.At least one year of nursing experience, including six months of travel experience, and residency at least 60 miles from the facility.Must obtain and maintain relevant competencies and certifications.
