About the role
Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide personalized nursing care across various clinical settings.
Responsibilities
- Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver patient-centered care.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate care strategies.
- Performing patient assessments, education, triage, and coordinating nursing interventions across all care phases.
- Practicing within the scope of nursing standards and adhering to ethical guidelines established by the American Nurses Association.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Current unencumbered RN license in the practicing state, with multistate licensure if applicable.
- At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel nursing experience.
- Ability to live at least 60 miles from the assigned facility and obtain essential certifications and competencies.
Key Duties
- Providing preventative, diagnostic, treatment, and follow-up care.
- Contributing to care planning, patient education, and health maintenance.
- Ensuring safe, effective nursing practices within legal and professional standards.
