About the role
Lutheran Home of the Good Shepherd (LHGS) is seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Registered Nurses (RNs) for day and night shifts. The role involves ensuring the safety and well-being of residents, maintaining continuity and quality of care, and supporting residents in achieving their highest possible level of function.

Pay
- Hourly Wage: $32.67–$39.82 (depending on experience)
- Sign-On Incentives: - $15,000 for Full-Time
- Shift Differentials: - Weekend hours
- Hours worked between 2:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Additional pay for extra shift pickup
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Every other weekend and every other holiday required
