About the role
Lutheran Home of the Good Shepherd (LHGS) is seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Registered Nurses (RNs) for various shifts. The mission is to provide outstanding, innovative healthcare while honoring the individual and their family.

- Maintain continuity and quality of care
- Support residents in achieving their highest possible level of function
Requirements
- Hold a North Dakota RN License

Pay
- Hourly wage: $32.67–$39.82 (depending on experience)
- Sign-On Incentives: - $15,000 for Full-Time
- Shift Differentials: - Weekend hours
- - Hours worked between 2:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- - Additional pay for extra shift pickup
Schedule
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Every other weekend and every other holiday required
