Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse (RN) provides compassionate, patient-centered care across school, home, and facility-based settings. The RN conducts patient assessments, develops and implements individualized care plans, administers medications and treatments, and coordinates with an interdisciplinary team to support positive health outcomes. Key duties include: Perform clinical assessments and monitor patient conditionCreate, implement, and evaluate nursing care plansAdminister medications and prescribed treatments safelyMaintain accurate, timely documentation and required recordsEnsure compliance with clinical protocols and regulatory standardsAdvocate for patients and families and communicate effectivelyCollaborate with interdisciplinary team members to address patient needs Qualifications/skills: Current RN licensure, strong clinical assessment and care planning skills, medication administration expertise, knowledge of regulatory and documentation requirements, and the ability to communicate, collaborate, and provide empathetic patient advocacy.
