Registered Nurse

Labor and Delivery Nurse (RN) Provide compassionate, family-centered care to mothers and newborns in labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum recovery. Assess, monitor, and support patients while collaborating with obstetricians, midwives, anesthesiologists, and neonatal teams to ensure safe outcomes. Key Duties Perform patient assessments and continuous monitoring during labor and delivery.Conduct fetal monitoring and promptly report changes.Administer medications and manage IV therapy according to clinical protocols.Assist with vaginal deliveries and cesarean births.Provide education and support to patients and families throughout care.Support immediate postpartum recovery and coordinate with neonatal teams for newborn needs. Qualifications & Skills Current RN licensure with strong Labor & Delivery and postpartum experience.Ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary clinical environment.Strong clinical judgment, monitoring skills, and safe medication administration.Compassionate, patient-focused communication and teaching skills.Comfort in high-acuity, fast-paced obstetric care settings.
