Registered Nurse
Help build a new senior care agency serving Fayette County and surrounding communities. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our leadership team during our startup and licensing phase, shaping systems and processes from the ground up.
About the role
This part-time consulting/leadership role offers a flexible schedule (approximately 5–10 hours per month initially) and a monthly retainer based on experience. The selected candidate will play a key role in developing caregiver training programs, clinical oversight procedures, and operational readiness as we prepare for launch.
Responsibilities
- Assist with startup and licensing preparation
- Provide clinical oversight as required by state regulations
- Develop caregiver orientation and training materials
- Assist with policies, procedures, and best practices
- Support caregiver competency evaluations
- Provide guidance regarding client care plans and assessments
- Serve as a clinical resource for leadership and staff
- Participate in occasional meetings as the agency prepares for launch
Requirements
- Active Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Minimum 3 years nursing experience preferred
- Home Care, Home Health, Hospice, Assisted Living, or Senior Care experience strongly preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for serving seniors and their families
