Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Providing individualized nursing care by utilizing the full nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to coordinate and evaluate patient care.
• Ensuring care delivery within the scope of nursing practice, adhering to standards and ethical guidelines.
• Managing patient assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions across all care phases.
• Practicing within the standards set by state licensure and maintaining required certifications.

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license or multistate licensure if in an NLC state.
• At least one year of nursing experience, including six months of travel experience.
• Ability to live at least 60 miles from the assigned facility.
• Competency in department-specific skills and certifications.

Key Duties

• Delivering comprehensive patient care, health maintenance, and preventative services.
• Participating in care planning, patient education, and triage.
• Working within legal and professional standards of nursing practice.
