Responsibilities
- Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver personalized care.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to coordinate and evaluate patient care.
- Providing care across all phases—from preventive services to treatment and follow‑up—tailored to patient needs.
- Managing patient assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions within the scope of practice.
- Providing individualized nursing care in a hospital setting.
- Participating in care planning and patient education.
- Ensuring compliance with nursing standards, laws, and ethical guidelines.
- Engaging in continuous professional development and certification upkeep.
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Current unencumbered RN license or multistate licensure in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience, with at least six months in travel nursing.
- Competency in maintaining required certifications and departmental skills.
Schedule
Rotating 12‑hour shifts; weekly hours of 36.
