Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Perform resident assessments and develop personalized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments accurately
• Coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to meet residents' clinical and emotional needs
• Educate residents and families about care and health management
• Mentor and support staff to ensure high-quality care
• Promote a culture of dignity, respect, safety, and continuous improvement

Qualifications & Skills

• Current RN licensure and valid nursing credentials
• Strong compassion and commitment to resident-centered care
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
• Knowledge of safety protocols and quality standards
