Registered Nurse

About the role

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, days only. No nights, no on-call, no weekends, no holidays. The Registered Nurse provides clinical expertise to ensure all patients receive high-quality, efficient care in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage efficient flow of patients including screening, preparation for exam, providing general nursing care, and arranging for testing and admissions
• Instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions
• Maintain and review patients’ records including posting tests and examination results
• Administer medications in accordance with physician orders
• Check rooms daily for necessary supplies
• Respond to and refer incoming telephone calls (may include phone triage when needed)
• Practice and adhere to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement”

Qualifications

• Education: Graduation from an accredited school of registered nursing required
• Experience: 1–3 years' experience as a Registered Nurse preferred
• Certification/License: Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in accordance with state regulations; current license information must be listed on application
