About the role
Grandvue Medical Care Facility (GMCF) in East Jordan is hiring Registered Nurses to lead in their neighborhoods. The positions focus on developing clinical and leadership skills, building lasting relationships with Residents, families, and other care partners.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement nursing care plans.
- Provide direct patient care, including medication administration and monitoring vital signs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and families about health management and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Current RN license in Michigan.
- At least one year of relevant nursing experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
