About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our River Pines team. Part-Time PM/NOC Shifts are available.
Responsibilities
- Perform and document all basic technical and emergency nursing skills
- Document care delivery
- Conduct observations, medication, and treatments promptly and accurately
- Assume charge nurse duties when designated, including adjusting assignments and schedules
- Assess and document health status of all residents who are unstable or requiring intervention
- Make rounds with physicians
- Transcribe physicians' orders
- Assist, develop, revise, and review resident care plans
- Evaluate staff observations
- Use equipment and supplies in a precise, accurate, calm manner
- Replace absent staff as necessary
Qualifications
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, colleagues, and the public
