About the role

Beacham Memorial/Freedom Behavioral is now accepting resumes for FT RN's for our Psych unit to provide excellent care to our patients! The RN performs under the direct supervision of the unit nurse manager and is delegated an assignment to achieve quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served
• Demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development
• Assess data reflective of the patient's status and interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each patient's requirements relative to his/her age specific needs
• Provide the care needed based on patient assessments

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse's license in good standing with the State of Mississippi
• CPR certified

Skills

• Knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served
• Knowledge of principles of growth and development
• Ability to assess data reflective of patient status and interpret information for age-specific needs
