About the role
Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) and make a meaningful impact on patient care, especially in underserved communities.
Responsibilities
- Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver individualized nursing care.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to coordinate and evaluate patient care plans.
- Providing care across all phases of health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
- Performing patient assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions within the scope of practice.
- Adhering to nursing standards, ethical codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Participating in interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure quality outcomes.
- Providing comprehensive patient care, assessment, and education.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing or multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
- At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel nursing experience.
- Ability to live at least 60 miles from the assigned facility.
- Maintaining required competencies and certifications.
- Candidates must pass a drug screening and background check.
