About the role
Our Registered Nurses promote and restore patients' health by completing the nursing process, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members, providing physical and psychological support to patients and families, and supervising assigned team members. We are looking for dynamic Registered Nurses to join our team at our main 157-bed psychiatric hospital in Kirkland, which consists of six specialized units for adults and adolescents.
Responsibilities
- Complete the nursing process to promote and restore patients' health.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.
- Provide physical and psychological support to patients and their families.
- Supervise assigned team members.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (AA/BSN).
- Current license to practice nursing in Washington State.
- Preferred: one year of experience in a psychiatric inpatient setting.
- Successful completion of CPR, First Aid, Handle with Care, and Verbal De-Escalation Certifications (provided during new hire training).

Pay
- $15,000 sign-on bonus for full-time, nights.
- $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time, days & evenings.
Schedule
- 8-hour shifts, full-time only (0.8 FTE).
