Responsibilities

• Serve as a supervisor, leading care and treatments, patient assessments, and care plan development.
• Tailor care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient and address their concerns.
• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with patients and their families, facilitating their recovery process.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care.
• Provide direct patient care when needed, serving as a resource for fellow staff members.
• Support patients in celebrating victories and milestones throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.

Pay

Competitive compensation and excellent shift differential rates are offered based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Shifts available include full-time, part-time, per diem, and short-term contract positions, covering both day and night shifts.
