Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care, including routine health needs and medical emergencies.
• Administer and document medications accurately, including controlled substances.
• Carry out timely health assessments and monitor vital signs, weight, mood, and behavior.
• Coordinate lab work and accompany residents to medical appointments.
• Communicate relevant medical information to parents, the Nursing Director, and Treatment Team.
• Collaborate with therapists and psychiatric providers to support treatment plans.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• Active RN/LPN License
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older
• Experience working in a behavioral health setting.
• Experience with adolescents.
• Strong clinical skills including assessments, medication management, and monitoring vitals.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
