Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, administer medications, and monitor patient vital signs.
• Auxiliary in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Offer education and support to patients and their families.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin.
• Previous experience in behavioral health or addiction recovery preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Career-oriented with a compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
