Registered Nurse

Responsibilities Include Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver personalized nursing care.Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, to coordinate and evaluate patient care.Providing care across all phases—from prevention and health maintenance to diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.Planning and coordinating patient assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions.Practicing within the scope of nursing standards and adhering to professional ethical guidelines. Qualifications And Skills Required Graduate from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor’s Degree in nursing is preferred.Current, unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure if applicable.At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel nursing experience.Ability to live at least 60 miles from the work location.Must obtain and maintain required competencies and certifications relevant to the role. Key Duties Include Providing patient-centered care in a dynamic clinical environment.Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans.Educating patients and families on health management.Ensuring compliance with nursing standards, policies, and ethical practices.
