Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based patient care through comprehensive assessments, care planning, and medication administration.
• Administer IV therapy and deliver patient and family education to promote understanding and engagement.
• Ensure safety protocols and infection control measures are consistently followed.
• Coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to support diverse patient populations.
• Accurately document all patient interactions and treatments in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Participate in quality improvement and innovation initiatives to enhance care delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current registration as a Nurse (RN).
• Strong assessment, clinical judgment, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to patient safety, infection control, and continuous improvement.
• Experience in diverse healthcare settings is preferred.
