Community Bridges provides supports and services to individuals in the community who experience developmental disabilities or acquired brain injuries.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate a genuine desire to work with individuals who experience developmental disabilities
• Train staff on proper care, medication oversight, and respond to medical-related questions
• Provide oversight and review of nursing documentation
• Complete the Nurse Trainer Certification through the Department of Health and Human Services
• Provide classroom training on medication administration for new hires and medication training renewals

• Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to provide clear guidance and support to caregivers

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: $70,000–$80,000 annually
