About the role
Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) and make a meaningful impact in healthcare, especially in underserved communities.
Responsibilities
- Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to provide personalized patient care.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, to plan and evaluate care.
- Delivering care across all phases—preventive, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up—adapting to patient needs.
- Planning and coordinating patient care, conducting assessments, providing education, triage, and various nursing interventions.
- Practicing within the scope of nursing standards and adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure if applicable.
- At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel experience.
- Residency at least 60 miles from the facility location.
