Registered Nurse
About the Role
A Licensed Staff Nurse is one of the main support providers to our residents. The position aids residents in the Assisted Living and/or Memory Care Program(s) through assessments and care planning, medication and treatment management, implementation and evaluation of resident plans of care, documentation of nursing services, and enabling residents to lead a quality life while maintaining their dignity. The position will enhance the lives of older adults by assisting them with patience and a friendly smile all while embracing teamwork and collaboration among all staff.
Responsibilities
- Conduct resident assessments and develop care plans
- Manage medications and treatments
- Implement and evaluate resident plans of care
- Document nursing services accurately
- Assist residents with activities of daily living with patience and compassion
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain resident dignity and quality of life
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Assisted living experience preferred
- Ability to work in Assisted Living and/or Memory Care settings
- Strong assessment, care planning, and documentation skills
- Commitment to teamwork and resident-centered care

Pay
$2,000 sign-on bonus for full-time positions.
Schedule
Full-time or part-time positions available. Primary shift is 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Flexible schedules offered with reliable hours and stable scheduling.
