Responsibilities

• Oversee medication administration
• Conduct quarterly nursing assessments of all individuals on caseload
• Manage medical and clinical case management for individuals living in residences, including interacting with community providers and communicating medical/nursing needs/orders to the team
• Train unlicensed assistive personnel on the medical, nursing, and clinical needs of individuals, providing direction and education
• Use the agency’s electronic medical record system for documentation

Requirements

• Current NYS Registered Nurse licensure and registration, with a minimum of one-year post-licensure experience
• Valid NYS Driver’s License and personal transportation
• One year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred)

Pay

$82,000/year

Schedule

Monday–Friday flexible schedule, rotating subject to call
