Responsibilities
- Helping to manage the unit alongside clinical duties in the home.
- Overseeing care, administering and ordering medication, reviewing and evaluating individual care plans, and providing clinical guidance to the care team and delivering best practice continually.
- Ensuring policies and standards are kept to a high clinical standard.
- Offering clinical guidance for care teams, being crucial in helping with all CQC tasks.
- Building connections with residents and their family, giving them the kindness and support and care they deserve.
- Communicating effectively with other team members and health care professionals.
- Managing care staff and remaining calm in an emergency situation.
Requirements
You have previous experience ensuring policies and standards are kept to a high clinical standard.
You are confident offering clinical guidance for care teams, being crucial in helping with all CQC tasks.
You enjoy building connections with residents and their family, giving them the kindness and support and care they deserve.
You have effective communication and reporting skills to effectively handover clinical issues to other team members and health care professionals.
Qualifications
- A valid NMC pin as a Registered Nurse.

Pay
£21.54 - £24.94 per hour.
Schedule
3x 12 Hour Night Shifts Per Week (36 Hours contract).
