Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate home health care to diverse patient caseloads

- Support census needs by flexing between teams and territories, ensuring continuity and safety
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, accurately document in EMR, and adhere to evidence-based protocols
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN license
- Strong clinical skills in home health care
