Responsibilities

• Providing individualized patient care using the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to develop and evaluate care plans.
• Delivering care across all phases—preventive, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Coordinating patient assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions.
• Practicing within the scope of nursing standards and adhering to licensure and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license in the state of practice or multistate licensure for NLC states.
• At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel experience.
• Ability to work night shifts, with flexibility to adapt to various clinical settings.
• Maintains necessary competencies and certifications specific to the department.
