At Beaufort Memorial Hospital, we are always looking for compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses who are committed to delivering exceptional patient care. Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centered nursing care.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments according to established standards.
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the medical records.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Adhere to all regulatory, safety, and infection prevention standards.

Requirements

Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, BSN, MSN).

Experience: Previous clinical experience in an acute care or specialty setting preferred.

Certifications/Licenses:

• Current South Carolina RN license.
• BLS certification required prior to first clinical shift (Must be issued by the American Heart Association).
• Specialty certifications as applicable are required.
