Registered Nurse

Position: RN - AP4 Med-Surg/Behavioral Health, located in Chicago, IL. Key Responsibilities Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for patients and families.Maintain current competency and contribute to the professional development of peers.Integrate ethical standards and evidence-based practices into nursing care.Recognize and adapt to varying clinical situations, promoting safety for patients and staff.Guide and supervise nursing staff, ensuring thorough and timely documentation.Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and respond appropriately in emergencies.Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills At least one year of nursing experience preferred.Graduate from an accredited nursing school.Effective communication skills to guide and supervise staff.Current Illinois Nursing licensure.American Heart Association CPR certification; ACLS, PALS, NRP may be required.Mastery of nursing skills and ability to adapt to different clinical needs.
