Responsibilities

• Supervising care and treatments
• Conducting patient assessments, and developing personalized care plans
• Building relationships with patients and families to support recovery
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
• Serving as a resource for staff and addressing complex patient needs
• Celebrating patient milestones and progress

Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure as per state regulations
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
• CRRN certification preferred
• Experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is advantageous
