Job Summary
NEW FACILITY TO OPEN 9/1/2026. The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing high-quality care in a collaborative, team-based environment. Salary ranges $40-$45/hour. We foster growth, training and development and a supportive leadership culture.
Essential Duties
- Residents assessments
- Care Plan development by collaborating with other healthcare professionals
- Coordination with IDT to optimize health outcomes
- Supervision of CNAs
- Compliance with IDPH/CMS

Qualifications
- Active Illinois Registered Nurse license
- Long Term Care (LTC) experience preferred
- Strong, effective communication
- Exemplary leadership skills
