About the role
Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) and make a meaningful difference in healthcare, especially in underserved communities.
Responsibilities
- Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver personalized patient care.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to develop and evaluate care plans.
- Providing care across all phases of health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
- Planning and coordinating patient assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions.
- Practicing within the scope of nursing standards and the Nurse Practice Act, adhering to ethical principles and population-specific standards.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- Current, unencumbered RN license or multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience, including at least six months of travel experience.
- Residency at least 60 miles from the assigned facility.
- Ability to obtain and maintain necessary competencies and certifications.
