Responsibilities

• Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver personalized patient care.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Providing care across all phases of prevention, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Coordinating patient assessments, education, triage, and nursing interventions within scope and standards of practice.
• Providing individualized patient care while adhering to relevant standards and ethical guidelines.
• Participating in care planning, patient education, and inter-professional collaboration.
• Maintaining licensure, certifications, and competencies required for the role.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current, unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure for NLC states.
• At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel experience.
• Ability to live at least 60 miles from the assigned facility.
• Compliance with required competencies and certifications.
