A true Monday-Friday schedule with no rotating shifts, no weekends, major holidays, or on-call responsibilities. Relationship-based nursing with more time to think, assess, and use clinical judgement. Smaller caseloads and real continuity with the people you support. Responsibilities
- Provide nursing oversight across residential homes
- Carefully coordinate care and proactively follow up on clinical concerns
- Collaborate closely with direct support professionals, providers, families, and clinical teams
- Teach, train, and support staff to strengthen quality of care
- Participate in quality improvement and audit activities
Requirements
Active RN License, minimum 1 year of RN experience required, passion for person-centered care and collaboration.
Qualifications
No experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is required. We'll teach you.
