Registered Nurse Ambulatory Triage (RN) - OB/GYN Care – Westfield

About the role

Join Community Health Network as an Ambulatory Triage Registered Nurse, functioning as a member of the OB/GYN Care team. This position is located in Westfield, Indiana, and involves onsite work in the Westfield office.

Responsibilities

• Intake of newly pregnant patients
• Phone triage
• Patient education
• Prescription refill
• Care coordination for the OB/GYN population
• Other related tasks as needed

Requirements

• Graduate of a National League for Nursing (NLN), Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA) accredited school of nursing, or three years of related professional nursing experience
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
• Three years or more of nursing experience
• Labor and Delivery experience
• OB/GYN experience highly preferred
• Previous medical office/outpatient experience preferred
• Phone triage experience a plus
• EPIC experience a plus
