Registered Nurse Ambulatory Triage (RN) - Family Medicine Care - Saxony (Fishers)

About the role

Join the Saxony Family Medicine care team as an Ambulatory Triage Registered Nurse. In this onsite role located in Fishers, Indiana, you will handle phone triage, patient education, appointment scheduling, prescription refills, referrals, care coordination, and other related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct phone triage for patients
• Provide patient education
• Schedule appointments
• Manage prescription refills
• Coordinate referrals and care
• Perform other related tasks as needed

Requirements

• Graduate of an NLN, CCNE, ACEN, or NLN CNEA accredited school of nursing, or three years of related professional nursing experience
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
• Three or more years of nursing experience preferred
• Previous medical office or outpatient experience preferred
• Phone triage experience a plus
