About the Role

This position provides and coordinates nursing care in non-acute ambulatory, medical office, or urgent care settings, following professional standards, regulations, and organizational policies. The nurse assesses patient needs, develops individualized care plans, administers medications and treatments, and documents care activities. They delegate tasks appropriately, educate patients and families, and ensure safety and infection control protocols are maintained. The role involves serving as a role model, participating in team education, and maintaining a safe, clean environment. Professional development and compliance with organizational policies are essential.
