Responsibilities

• Assessing patient needs
• Developing and coordinating individualized care plans
• Administering treatments and medications
• Evaluating intervention effectiveness
• Addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, social workers, and specialists
• Participating in quality and safety initiatives, evidence-based practice, and unit decision-making
• Troubleshooting equipment issues and ensuring safety protocols are followed
• Delivering direct patient care
• Coordinating discharge planning
• Educating patients and families
• Contributing to a positive care environment

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate from a nursing specialty training program
• Licensed or eligible to practice
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Adaptable to a fast-paced environment
