About the role
This is a full-time Inpatient RN position focusing on Palliative, Hospice, and Medical Surgical care in a calm, newly renovated unit with 14 private beds. The RN assesses, plans, and evaluates nursing activities to meet patient needs, promotes safety, and ensures an optimal patient and family experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments
- Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs
- Develop and coordinate individualized care plans
- Provide treatments and medications
- Evaluate intervention effectiveness
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Troubleshoot equipment issues
- Participate in quality and safety initiatives
Qualifications
Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing.
