About the Role

Responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care, assessments, and care planning in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and address the physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
• Develop and coordinate individualized plans of care, including patient education and discharge planning.
• Provide direct care such as treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures per policies.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of nursing interventions and modify care plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to resolve patient needs.
• Participate in unit-based decision-making, quality improvement, and safety initiatives.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure safe, compassionate patient interactions.
• Deliver evidence-based nursing care, promote patient satisfaction, ensure safety, and adhere to organizational policies and standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate from a nursing specialty training program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to perform assessments, coordinate care, and work effectively within a team.
• Commitment to patient safety, quality care, and continuous improvement.
