Responsibilities

• Supervising nursing staff, providing direct patient care, and supporting quality improvement initiatives.
• Conducting performance appraisals, managing staffing, and addressing performance issues.
• Ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitating communication among staff, patients, and visitors, and resolving patient concerns.
• Mentoring staff, promoting evidence-based practices, and supporting a healthy work environment aligned with Magnet principles.
• Participating in policy development, resource management, and incident follow-up.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (required).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to support staff development and foster a collaborative environment.
• Experience in clinical care and staff supervision preferred.
