Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and evaluate patient care while promoting safety, compassion, and patient satisfaction.
• Conduct assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide direct care including treatments, medications, and diagnostics, evaluating and adjusting interventions as needed.
• Collaborate proactively with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to meet patient needs.
• Troubleshoot equipment and participate in evidence-based practice decisions.

Qualifications

• Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing (required).
