• Conduct assessments

• Participate in unit-based decision-making

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to promote compassionate, patient-centered care
• Adhere to organizational policies
