Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing is required. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, with a focus on patient-centered care and safety. Experience in acute care settings is preferred. Key Duties: Completing assessments, formulating care plans, providing direct patient care, evaluating intervention effectiveness, collaborating with healthcare team members, troubleshooting equipment, and participating in unit decision-making and safety initiatives.
